Selama satu tahun ajaran ini, saya telah menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam mengajar di kelas. Salah satu tantangan terbesar adalah bagaimana cara menghadapi setiap murid dengan gaya belajar yang berbeda-beda. Terlebih untuk anak-anak yang membacanya belum lancar. Ada beberapa anak lebih cepat memahami materi, sementara yang lainnya memerlukan pendekatan yang lebih spesifik dan sabar. Selain itu, mengelola kelas yang terdiri dari murid dengan latar belakang dan sifat yang beragam juga menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Saya harus memastikan bahwa setiap murid merasa dihargai dan terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran dengan baik.
Dalam hal ini, mengajar anak-anak di kelas selama satu tahun ajaran ini telah menjadi pengalaman yang sangat berharga bagi saya. Saya merasakan kepuasan yang besar ketika melihat murid saya tumbuh dan berkembang, tidak hanya dalam hal akademis tetapi juga dalam hal karakter dan kepribadian. Melihat mereka semakin percaya diri dan antusias dalam belajar membuat saya merasa bahwa saya telah membuat perbedaan positif dalam hidup mereka. Namun, ada juga momen-momen sulit ketika menghadapi siswa yang sulit diatur atau ketika metode pengajaran yang saya gunakan tidak efektif. Meskipun demikian, kegembiraan dan semangat murid saya selalu berhasil membuat saya bangkit dan terus berusaha memberikan yang terbaik.
Selama satu tahun ajaran ini, saya telah melakukan beberapa perubahan dalam cara mengajar dan menghadapi keragaman sifat anak-anak di kelas. Salah satu perubahan terbesar adalah lebih banyak menggunakan media pembelajaran yang menarik salah satunya dengan memutarkan video bisa dari youtube. Karena saya lihat murid saya merasa lebih semangat dengan sajian materi yang seperti itu. Saya mulai lebih banyak menggunakan teknologi, seperti aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif dan video edukatif, untuk membuat pelajaran lebih menarik dan mudah dipahami. Selain itu, saya juga berusaha untuk lebih memahami kebutuhan individual setiap siswa dan menyesuaikan pendekatan pengajaran saya sesuai dengan itu. Misalnya, saya memberikan perhatian ekstra kepada siswa yang membutuhkan bantuan tambahan dan memberikan tantangan lebih kepada siswa yang lebih cepat dalam belajar.
Untuk kedepannya, saya berencana untuk terus mengembangkan metode pengajaran saya agar lebih menarik dan efektif. Dengan terus belajar dan berinovasi, saya berharap dapat menjadi guru yang lebih efektif dan inspiratif bagi siswa-siswa saya.
